Cooler heads will prevail with our refined design of the tried and true Walbro waterpump. Incorporating our newest design improvements, this more economic Carbon-Reinforced Nylon version keeps even our biggest engines (such as our MHZ 33, Polini, MHZ Blata, and MHZ 27.5) with clutches comfortably cool. This waterpump operates from the pressure pulses generated by the piston. A pressure tap is already available in most of our MHZ engines. Many powerboaters use a second waterpump as bailing pump. Even with (non-priming) integrated waterpumps as with our Blata engines, this pump is a cheap insurance policy against overheating. A water pump is a must for engines with clutches were even the most effective water pickups such as our m-1791 and 1791/D cannot supply water when the the boat is stationary in the water. 90 degree fittings with M4 threads are included to allow a cleaner and more compact installation. |
