The Powerstore prevents the dangerous ``Loop Problem`` with PCM radios. With receiver-battery problems (outage/brown out/connector problems/high servo current draw, etc). PCM radios will continue passing the last validated signal to the servos. This problem has occurred frequently with the more current-demanding digital servos becoming a de-facto standard with small as well as with large boats. With the, at times, large current demands of  digital servos the receiver-battery voltage could drop below the critical voltage triggering the failsafe in the PCM. This initiates a broadcasting of the last validated signal to all servos (and, if applicable, speed controllers), irrespective what you tell your transmitter. Hence the servos (and, if applicable, speed controllers), are held in a continuous loop during this power "outage." Even trying to shut down your engine with our Kill Switch would be prevented under these conditions. Using our Kill Switch with our PowerStore will provide  ultimate safety. Our PowerStore can bridge such brown outs or complete temporary power failures for up to 10 seconds!

An additional advantage is that with the PowerStore the servos are fed directly from the receiver battery and the servo current is not required to flow through lossy tiny conductors in the receiver. With the PowerStore, even with 5 cell receiver packs or 2S lipos, high currents can flow freely to the servos if necessary. With PowerStore, higher servo current capabilities mean FASTER servos under load when it counts. The PowerStore can handle two large digital servos.

The contradictory requirements of power-hungry (digital/large analog) servos and a voltage-sensitive receivers may either lead to compromised available-power for the servos (with 4 cell Receiver packs) or fried receivers (with 5 cell or 2s lipo receiver packs). The PowerStore will allow running 5 cell or 2slipo packs with it's voltage regulated 5V output for your receiver. 

PowerStore protection is quickly becoming standard with large powerboats using power-demanding large analog as well as digital servos.
