    Your e mail address used to register on www.MHZusa.com serves as your customer ID. Please use the same customer ID and name whenever you contact us. If you know that you have created more than one customer account, please let us know so that we may correct this.

    MHZusa.com accepts Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards as well as Debit Cards through our official payment processor www.PayPal.com. Free registration and cost-free transactions are made through Paypal. Our on-line ordering process will guide first-time users. If the billing address does not match that which is on file at the financial institution or if authorization is not given for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification.

    If you ship orders to an address other than your credit card billing address, we ask that you contact your credit card company and ask them to list the address as an alternate address on your account. Credit card companies are very willing to offer this service to you and it could mean less delays when placing your orders with MHZusa.com and other companies. Please note that we cannot work out credit card problems with the financial institution; you must settle problems with them and reorder once the problem is resolved.

    When ordering with your credit card please also have your credit card security code available. This code allows us to verify your card. Credit card orders without a valid security code may incur processing delays and our normal shipment arrival estimations do not apply.

    All manual credit card charges are charged at the prevailing exchange rate in Euros. The actual charge in the currency your credit card is billed at may fluctuate depending on the exchange rate fluctuation of the US dollar or your currency against the euro.

    PERSONAL CHECK PAYMENTS

    With a backup Credit Card or Debit Card, an Instant Transfer payment can be made directly from your bank through our official payment processor www.Paypal.com. e-Checks can also be used as payment through Paypal but generally take 4-7 working days to clear and which may delay your order 6-12 business days. Business checks are treated as regular personal checks. Customers whose e checks do not clear because of non-sufficient funds will be charged $25.00 for handling in addition to the amount of the check. If it becomes necessary for us to use an attorney or collection agency, you will be responsible for all collection fees.

    CREDITS AND BALANCE DUES

    Credit on your account with us can be used toward a future order. At your request, we will issue a refund check for outstanding credit on your account generated by an order paid for by check or money order or pay though an Instant Transfer to a Paypal account registered to you. Any credit not redeemed nor refunded within a one-year period will be assessed a service charge fee. Any outstanding balance dues will be applied to your next order. We do not assume any responsibility for bank fees incurred as a result of using a Debit Card for your purchases and/or return credit.

    BACKORDERS

    Because of the nature of our merchandise which generally is extremely scarce, we will backorder out-of-stock merchandise whenever possible. Generally our system will allow you to order out-of-stock items. Generally all out-of-stock items are available for backorder. Certain sale merchandise, products with uncertain availability, specials, and discontinued items may not be backordered. We only charge our shipping charge once per order and will not charge you twice for orders containing backorders. Backorders shipped to international addresses or via "Express" shipping methods will incur special shipping charges with each shipment.

    SPECIAL ORDERS and GELCOAT COLORS

    Some items may be special order items. These items include but are not limited to drive systems which need be adapted for a particular hull, or a Carbon-Kevlar layup on any hull. Please note that requiring a specific gelcoat of a hull also constitutes a special order. Although we make every effort to accommodate a specific gelcoat color request for a hull, the limited production runs which makes our hulls so exclusive also makes your color request sometimes unavailable. If a particular gelcoat color is needed, a special order can be placed with us by phone ((239) 225-8505) or email (info@MHZusa.com) before ordering through our websites www.MHZusa.com or www.XtremeDoc.com. If the requested color is not in stock, a surcharge may apply to custom manufacturing the hull in the gelcoat color of your choice. It will help to expedite your order by listing three color preferences in the comment box of the final payment page during checkout on our website.

    ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE THE LOWER 48 STATES OF THE US, (CANADA and INTERNATIONAL)

    MHZusa.com sells and ships to the USA, Canada, South America, Central America and the Caribbean. Very large items cannot be shipped to Canada and other international countries. Please check with us by phone ((239) 225-8505) or email (info@MHZusa.com) before ordering large items through our websites www.MHZusa.com or www.XtremeDoc.com from any location outside the lower 48 states of the US.

    All our shipping charges on our website are for the lower 48 states of the US only. If you are ordering from a location outside the lower 48 states of the USA, please check with us by phone ((239) 225-8505) or email (info@MHZusa.com)  before ordering through our website www.MHZusa.com what the additional shipping and handling charges are for your location. The value of this surcharge is based on the additional shipping costs. Payment instructions will be e mailed to the e mail address you have registered with MHZusa. This surcharge has to be paid before MHZusa will release your order for shipment. Although we can accept International money orders, paying the surcharge directly to our account (info@MHZusa.com) through www.Paypal.com will expedite your order. We accept US funds only.

    If you order through our website from outside the lower 48 states without checking with us by phone ((239) 225-8505) or email (info@MHZusa.com) shipping and handling surcharge will be billed to you after your order. Payment instructions will be e mailed to the e mail address you have registered with MHZusa. This surcharge has to be paid before MHZusa will release your order for shipment. Please note that if you order through our website from outside the lower 48 states without checking with us by phone ((239) 225-8505) or email (info@MHZusa.com) refuse payment of the shipping and handling surcharge, your order will be respectfully declined and your payment minus the PayPal transaction costs will be promptly refunded.

    APO AND FPO ADDRESSES

    When requesting orders to ship to an APO or FPO address, your package will ship SAM (Space Available Mail). SAM is no additional charge and will ship your package from the APO or FPO address via the next available transport. Your APO or FPO station may choose to send your package via a commercial carrier. www.MHZusa.com has no control over. We are obligated to comply with all rules and regulations governing commercial shipping. Hence, we can not ship flammable items such as fuel or batteries or very large items.

    PARENTAL VERIFICATION OF ORDERS

    Un established customers under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to verify any order placed before an order will be processed. Also, our phone representatives may limit the length of inquiry calls.

    LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY

    We can not accept any responsibility for crash damage, physical injury to you or others, and/or loss of kits, engines, accessories, etc. incurred by any of our products. In most cases it is very difficult or impossible to determine whether crash damage was actually due to radio equipment failure or to operator error. Also, we cannot be held responsible for any purchased components that are incorporated into radio systems or problems caused by incompatibility between radio components, parts, and repairs not completed by our service center, etc. We strongly recommend obtaining liability insurance through national organizations such as NAMBA or IMPBA, or elsewhere before running any model boat to limit your liability. Please comply with local ordinances.

    All of the products we sell are intended for retail consumption by our customers and are not intended for resale. The www.MHZusa.com Satisfaction Guarantee is not transferable. Any consequences arising out of the resale of merchandise purchased from www.MHZusa.com is the responsibility of the seller, not www.MHZusa.com. International radio frequency and electric-current requirements are the responsibility of the buyer.

    REFUSAL OF ORDERS

    MHZusa retains the discretion to refuse any order made over the web for any reason. When an order is refused, a prompt full refund minus the actual PayPal transaction costs is made by MHZusa. All refunds are processed electronically through www.PayPal.com and require the recipient to open a cost-free account to be able to receive the refund.

    CANCELATION OF ORDERS

    An order of any non-custom item(s) can be cancelled prior to actual shipment. Please check with us first if your items have been shipped yet first before attempting to cancel your order. Please understand that our financial institution charges us for any financial transaction irrespective whether that transaction is later reversed. Hence, upon cancellation, a refund of the original amount paid for the item(s) and shipping costs minus the financial transaction charge will be paid by MHZusa if the above conditions are met. All refunds are processed electronically through www.PayPal.com and require the recipient to open a cost-free account to be able to receive the refund. Custom-ordered items can not be returned for credit or refund.

  • At this time, MHZusa ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from www.MHZusa.com within 14 days of receipt. No merchandise can be returned without a RA (Return Authorization). To obtain an RA, e-mail us at info@MHZusa.com with the purchase date, purchase price, and item description. There is a 20% restocking fee for qualified returns in addition to the shipping and handling costs. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. Mounting and running fuel through a model engine, running electric motors, using batteries, installing radio parts in a model, drilling holes in models, sanding hulls, painting or applying decals to a model, cutting up balsa sheets in kits, installing software or discarding the packing material are some examples of what constitutes used merchandise. We do not accept returns via COD or billed to www.MHZusa.com in any way. After obtaining an RA, the address merchandise should be returned to can be found on the top of your invoice.

    DEFECTIVE RETURNS and CLAIMS

    If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. Prior to returning an item for warranty claim or warranty repair, please contact us by phone or in writing by letter or e mail (info@MHZusa.com) and give us a brief explanation of the problem. We can only consider requests dated within 14 days of receipt of the item(s). Often we can help over the phone or by letter/e-mail or will send you a replacement part without the need to return the entire shipment. Defective merchandise may be returned to us as long as it is in new and unused condition. No merchandise can be returned without a RA (Return Authorization). To obtain an RA, email us at info@MHZusa.com with the purchase date, purchase price, and item description. After obtaining an RA, the address merchandise should be returned to can be found at the top of your invoice.

    We warrant our products for workmanship and material for up to 6 months after purchase date. Please keep your receipt as we are accepting warranty claims with proof of purchase only. Warranty claims can only be done by the original purchaser. If you can determine that a product is defective before using it, we may be able to accept it back for exchange or refund; however, we suggest that you contact us before taking any action.

    DAMAGED RETURNS

    Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us at info@MHZusa.com inmediately. Any requests dated beyond 7 days of receipt cannot be honored. Save all products shipped, packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away or dispose of any items in the package in any other way! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return. In most cases, your entire shipment needs to be examined by the shipper for a successful claim.
